Danielle started her career in business development in hedge funds and private equity during the tumultuous time of the financial crises where she was able to navigate and grow during the uncertainty.

Danielle is currently the Demand Generation Team Leader for Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, where she oversees a team of Digital Campaign Managers as well as planning and executing campaigns for the Nexus Controls business. Danielle has a passion for digital marketing and finding new and innovative ways to communicate through various channels and impactful content that resonate with the customer. She loves using data and analytics to ensure the campaigns and programs are impactful for the customers as well as ensuring the business goals are met. She is especially passionate about getting the business to think to the future with their marketing efforts as customer demographics shift to more “digital native” workforces.

Danielle joined the team in 2016 in an analytics and insights role after having helped the team build out their technology infrastructure as part of the Global Excellence team. Danielle joined what was then GE Oil & Gas in 2015 after getting her MBA from Georgetown University where she focused on Strategy and Marketing. Prior to business school, Danielle worked in business development and investor relations in Private Equity and Hedge Funds in New York City.

Danielle has always had a passion for mentoring and empowering women in the workforce, being active in 100 Women in Hedge Funds during her time in New York and then taking on various leadership roles in the Women’s Network at GE as well as Baker Hughes where she most recently is leading the Baker Hughes Women’s Network in Louisiana. Danielle received her BA in Economics from New York University and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.
