Kimberly Daroca is the Senior Learning and Development Center of Excellente official at DXC Technology. When collaborating with software designers and engineers, she strives to offer a unique perspective where design is driven by customer needs. She firmly believes that without a design that considers its end-user, software is needlessly cumbersome and inefficient, causing frustration and client fatigue. Without clear, concise instructions, manuals can lead to more problems than solutions.

As a liaison between the developers and the clients, she collaborates with the Software and Configuration teams to meet the clients’ needs and deadlines.
