Yolanda Bowdry Williams is an Cognitive Automation Principal Program Manager and Enterprise Agile Coach who helps technical teams and business partners realize cost savings and hours unlocked with the power of robotic process automation. During her 10 year Walmart career, Yolanda responsibilities have included the management of teams, portfolios and programs.

After successful complex implementations within Replenishment and Security and Compliance and Point of Sale; Yolanda was selected as one of the first Release Train Engineers in Walmart Tech, managing delivery across 26 scrum teams while leading scrum of scrums for 16 scrum masters. By customizing technical delivery approaches with agile tools and techniques, Yolanda teaches coaches and mentors individuals, teams and departments through agile transitions that achieve ROI goals by simplifying technical administrative processes while promoting minimally viable solutions and lean frameworks.

Whenever called upon, Yolanda enjoys sharing her agile & digital delivery expertise as well as the importance innovation and entrepreneurial behaviors within team culture. In her personal time, Yolanda enjoys family road trips and thrifting while anxiously awaiting the next round of Marvel superhero movies and the next season The Game of Thrones.
